The selling price of homes in Fort Wayne in 2018 was up 8.9% over 2017. This data from the Upstate Alliance of Realtors includes home sales around the entire Fort Wayne Area, a positive indicator of our growing local economy, and a win for homeowners.
Two areas leading the way were the 46807 and 46805 zips, with increases of around 13%. If it seems that proximity to Downtown might be a factor ... look no further than the 46802, where selling price per sq. ft. increased a head-spinning 22% from 2017 to 2018.
