While we are not yet at the official end of the first quarter of 2016, we are currently 25% short of where we were last year for the number of homes actively listed for sale in our local multiple listing service (mls).

In Allen County, among homes listed for sale in the $100,000 to $500,000 range, there are currently about 450 units fewer than March, 2015.  The average sale price jumped $10,000 for an 8% increase.
